Cowhide Pea Shoes
Classification:
Details
The name of the bean shoe comes from the small rubber grains on the sole and heel of the shoe, just like small beans. Mainly for the consumer groups for white-collar workers and middle and high consumption level of the crowd. The upper of the sole is a whole piece of skin, which is stitched together by hand with the upper after the holes are punched and embedded with beans. A special glue is placed between the two pieces of leather, supported on the mold, sent to a furnace at about 80 degrees for baking for one day, and then sent to a cold box for cooling, so that the leather can return to the degree of elasticity after shaping.
