I have been in contact with the leather shoe industry since 1991. At the beginning, we opened a manual workshop in Jiuxian County. My family and I completed everything from purchasing materials to blanking, to sewing, to closing and finally to packaging. We only produced more than 10 pairs per day, although the output was not high but extremely hard. Considering that we can't forget it, we must stick to it and we have to expand our scale. Slowly, when we got some results from our efforts, we began to recruit people. In order to update the appearance, we invited designers. In order to make the shoes produced better in quality, we invited professional teachers to make shoes.

After several years of development, my workshop has been unable to meet such a large order volume. In 2002, in order to expand the production volume, our factory moved from Jiuxian County to Tongliang to Qunlong Square and came to the county seat. We can't operate manually all the time. If we want to develop, we can't rest on our laurels. We need to update the production mode and improve the management mode. Therefore, we bought an assembly line and had to hand in manual operation to increase output. We invited the factory director, the line manager, to manage the factory. We have been at a loss during the rectification period. However, success depends on persistence, and we are finally on the right track in 2008.

In 2010, in Nancheng subdistrict office of Tongliang district, we bought a factory building and set up qiangsheng wang shoes co., ltd. and began to enter the import and export trade. at that time, we only produced fashion men's shoes. since 2010, we have developed functional shoes (labor protection shoes). we have added a new assembly line, bought an injection molding machine, and invited professional labor protection factory directors, business, designers and other personnel. After several years of struggle, we have more than 300 employees, 40 million annual output value and 30 million total assets. In 2014, the export volume achieved the excellent result of the 4th place in the whole copper beam area.

2015 the new beginning of the new year, in order to broaden our horizons and increase our business volume, we participated in the import and export trade show in Guangzhou and the Dubai exhibition. Hope in the kind of exchange, we can update our products, improve our quality, increase business volume. Ready to bring the company into a new round of development.

As the old saying goes, I don't forget to dig wells. My success comes not only from my personal efforts, but also from the skills of the management team and employees. I want to provide them with a better working and living environment. In order to produce, the workers live in the factory all the year round. For the inconvenience of life, all couples in the factory have prepared husband and wife houses. For couples who do not want to live in the factory, we will give a unified subsidy of 50 yuan. Housing subsidy. We have provided catering groups to facilitate staff meals.

The so-called one side of the soil and the other side of the people, as an enterprise growing up on the land of Tongliang, I am deeply aware of my social responsibility and want to repay the society. We have been doing our best to solve the employment problem of a person. We not only need to introduce good talents, but also need to help those who do not have skills. We provide them with skills training and let them take up their posts. We never discriminate against the disabled and provide them with employment opportunities. There are several disabled people in our company, and one of them has been promoted to supervisor. I am also keen on charity, Sichuan earthquake, we also actively donate money and materials. In terms of education, we have also donated several times to Jinlong Primary School.
